Please find the answers to the questions that are frequently asked about our Ironing Services.

How do I book a collection?Booking a collection is very easy. You can either place a booking online here or you can call our office during office hours on 01249 847370.

How should I pack my Ironing?You ironing will need to be packed into a bag so that our driver can easily weigh your ironing on collection, and to keep your laundry safe during transportation. Many of our customers use Bags for Life, or Black Bin Liners. It would be helpful if you shake all items before packing them, and do not pack items that are still wet / damp.

Do I need to provide hangers?No, as we supply hangers as part of our service. If you would prefer us to use your own hangers then please provide these in a seperate bag.

What are the payment options?Payment is due when your ironing is returned. Our drivers can accept payment by Cash or Credit/Debit card. You can also pay by Bank Transfer, however this must be done before your ironing is returned. Our bank details will be included in the Collection Ticket that is emailed to you when your ironing is collected. We can also take payment by Direct Debit - please click here to set this up

Do I need to be home when the Ironing is Collected / Returned ?You do not have to be home when the ironing is collected as we are happy to collect from a 'Safe Place'. If you will be leaving your ironing in a safe place then please either send us an email or call the office on 01249 847370 to let us know where it will be. When we return your ironing we do like someone to be home, but if this is not possible we will try and leave it in a safe place (as long as payment has been received).

How do I cancel or amend a booking ?If you need to cancel or change your booking, then please call us on 01249 847370.

I've not received my Booking ConfirmationBooking confirmations are sent to the email address that has been provided on the booking form. If you have not recceived a confirmation email within 1 hour of booking then it could be because a) there was a typo in the email address supplied on the booking form. Please contact us on 01249 847370 to check your booking has been received. b) The email has gone into your junk email folder
